TED is managed by the Office of the Deaf and hard of Hearing (ODHH), the Telecommunication Equipment Distribution program distributes specialized telecommunication equipment that enables Washington residents to use the telephone independently. Please come into our office to test equipment and speak to staff about these different telecommunication devices!
